✨️How to enter the Colosseum for free?✨️
Visit on a “Rome Free Sunday” which is the first Sunday of each month! This is first come, first serve.

You can also enter for free on other days if you are: -Under 18
-Have a disability (all three entrances are wheelchair accessible)
-Qualified tour guide
-Teacher or student with proof of enrollment in architecture, conservation, or art history degrees

✨️How to skip the lines at the Colosseum?✨️
- This is a no-brainer, but definitely purchase tickets in advance to avoid waiting in line at the ticket office. You will still have to go through security.
- Get a Roma Pass to skip the lines.

✨️More Tips✨️
The best time to visit the Colosseum to avoid the crowds is right when it opens at 8:30 am, or one hour before the last entry time.

Visit midweek or at night.

Peak season generally runs between March to October, so consider visiting during November to February.

But this is why staple classic pieces like a trench coat and a button down with a good pair of jeans are timeless. They catch the eye and out live any trends.

Tip: When choosing a trench coat, opt for one that is relaxed in fit rather than too form fitting or stiff so that it can be easily layered. Beige, camel, and khaki are the most versatile colors. My trench coat is from @darling, and it is called the Overcast Trench in the color Fawn.

I am sure you have heard this advice before: for the best pictures, arrive early morning. But what if that's not feasible and you arrive later in the day during peak season?

We arrived at the Trevi Fountain around mid to late day. And, of course, it was packed! We hung around for a bit facing the fountain and then moved over to the furthest corner points where it was far less crowded to snap photos.

✨️Tower of Pisa✨️
We also arrived late afternoon to the Pisa complex. When you get inside the complex, most of the crowd will be further away from the tower. Move CLOSER to the tower and snap your photos there without waiting and having people in the way.
