My appreciation for two-piece sets has grown over the years. And what’s not to love! The idea that you can interchange the top and bottom to create multiple looks is a win in my book. And with the endless styles, colors and prints, two-piece sets can be an option for just about anyone.
I came across this checkered taupe two-piece set from Red Dress Boutique and instantly fell in love! The neutral colors and print are gorgeous. The subtle cutout at the waist and the bow back are the daintiest details. I also appreciate it when a brand adds practical touches like a built-in undergarment for the pants so you don’t have to worry about anything being see-through.
For sizing reference, I am wearing a small in both the top and the bottom. But I did have to tailor the pants because they were fairly long on my 5’2 frame. I also tried wearing the top reversed and it works great with the bow being in the front.
